My friends have invited me for a veg barbQ . i want to make some cake or dessert for them . Any tips on vegetarian (eggless) cakes? Thanks

etc. My sons father is a police officer and unfortunatly has to work 6am to 11pm on fathers day so we wont be doing the typical family thing for fathers day (I know typical of a police family). I plan on doing a family dinner special on his day off later in the week, but I would still love to do something special for him on that day, or at least get him/make him a nice gift. Everything we find online is for golf or a tie or something not him at all. He loves his job. So what are some of the nice fathers day police related gifts you have received? I would love something that our 2 and a half year old son could help with (or even with part of it). Thanks! »
