It’s Fathers Day soon in the UK and I am struggling to get my Dad a gift.
Not only do I have no money, but I am also housebound due to long term illness. My relationship with my Dad isn’t in good shape because of this (he’s disappointed in me for having to drop out of college, he doesnt fully understand the nature of my illness) but I really really love and respect my father, more than anything - he still means the world to me even though he’s pretty much disowned me through this.
What can I do for a gift? I can manage to get in my garden for a while, but no more. I have these to my disposal:
A computer, a printer, a digital camera and photo printer, normal stuff around the house and a fiance and mother who I can bully into going into town for me! (heheh!)
My Dad does talks on our town and it’s history, and is really interested in it. I wanted to take pictures of the landmarks around here and put them in a book - but I am too ill to go out.
Can anyone help with a gift for him?
